Review guidelines
Reviews are the heart of aicoach.best. These rules keep them useful and trustworthy.
Do
- Review courses you've taken, or coaches you've worked with.
- Be specific: what you learned, who it suits, what could be better.
- Mention your starting level, so others can compare.
- Update your review if things change.
Don't
- Review your own course or coaching, or a competitor's.
- Accept payment, discounts or freebies in exchange for a review.
- Post abuse, hate speech, or anyone's personal details.
- Add promotional links, or copy text from elsewhere.
What happens when a review is reported
A moderator reads every report. If a review breaks these rules we hide it, and its rating no longer counts towards the score. Reviews are never removed just for being critical.
Owners
Verified owners can reply to any review publicly. Please keep replies polite, factual and free of customers' personal information. Offering incentives for positive reviews, or asking people to change their review, can get a listing removed.
